(Senior) Software Engineer Data Integration(m/w/x)
Integrating real-time measurement data and IoT devices into the Intelligent Grid Platform. Python and SQL database experience required. State-of-the-art technology with 16-inch MacBooks and dual screens.
Requirements
- 2+ years backend development experience (data engineering, API integration, event-driven systems)
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
- Practical Python programming experience with best practices
- SQL databases experience (data modelling, query design), preferably PostgreSQL or TimescaleDB
- Experience integrating with external APIs or streaming systems (Kafka, MQTT, REST, gRPC)
- Familiarity with IoT or energy domain protocols (MQTT, IEC104) and real-time data pipelines
- Team player with passion for working with talented people
- Seeking technical challenges and finding smart solutions
- Familiarity with tech stack and keeping up with industry best practices
- Business-fluent English (C1)

- Build and evolve platform components
- Create end-to-end measurement integrations
- Design measurement integration framework
- Manage full integration lifecycle
- Contribute to ETL framework
