Tasks
- Support digital transformation in regulated environments
- Influence culture change and new ways of working
- Ensure digital products comply with national regulations
- Serve over 45,000 users
- Act as expert reference for shared workplace products
- Ensure end-to-end performance and user satisfaction
- Lead deployment and administration of Cisco Meeting Server environments
- Integrate CMS with CUCM, Expressway, and Google Workspace
- Manage German scope for OPEX and CAPEX
- Drive lifecycle management of conferencing assets and printing infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance on R&D programs
- Advise on strategic technical decisions and risk assessments
- Drive innovation through external benchmarking
- Conduct pilots and proof-of-concept projects
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents
- Improve system interoperability
