Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience in process management
  • •Strong grasp of modelling standards such as BPMN 2.0
  • •Solid understanding of process architecture and methodologies
  • •Proven experience in using BPM tools (e.g. SAP Signavio)
  • •Good understanding of collaborative work in agile product development
  • •Expertise in analysis and creativity techniques for process development
  • •Effective problem-solving and facilitation approaches
  • •Ability to convince and adapt to stakeholders
  • •Skilled networking and fostering connections
  • •Genuine desire for change and creative drive
  • •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Develop and maintain an overview of all product-related processes
  • •Conduct process discovery workshops to analyze user and business requirements
  • •Provide process designs and overviews for customer projects
  • •Perform quality checks on process models and documentation
  • •Foster understanding and collaboration across teams
  • •Support internal stakeholders in process development
  • •Assist with process management tools and methods in an agile environment
  • •Onboard and train stakeholders on the process management system
