(Senior) Product Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the Integrations platform, working closely with customers to tackle complex challenges and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing solutions, improving data quality, and collaborating across teams to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• •At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering
• •Native German and fluent English
• •Solid experience in a modern programming language
• •Enjoyment of customer interaction
• •Problem-solving skills
• •Experience designing message-driven systems
• •Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• •Familiarity with web scraping tools
• •Experience building public-facing APIs
• •Experience with German or International ERPs
• •Experience with parsing libraries or PDF extraction

Tasks

• •Develop adapters to ingest material delivery notes
• •Ensure correct data flow from diverse sources
• •Lead implementation of integrations with external ERP systems
• •Act as a bridge between our system and customer software
• •Work directly with customers to solve integration challenges
• •Translate vague customer requirements into technical specifications
• •Guide customers toward appropriate solutions
• •Investigate and resolve data parsing issues
• •Ensure data quality for customer trust
• •Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams
• •Identify process inefficiencies and build automation solutions
