You will drive the commercial success of renewable energy projects by managing complex contracts and designing scalable digital tools to streamline workflows across global functions.

Requirements

• •Degree in Engineering, Business, Law or related
• •5–7 years commercial asset management experience
• •Deep understanding of key energy contracts
• •Ability to extract contract information
• •Commercial risk identification and mitigation skills
• •Strong process management skills
• •Experience designing cross-functional processes
• •Proven leadership and initiative skills
• •Ability to manage mid-size projects independently
• •Strong stakeholder management skills
• •Experience in multicultural and remote teams
• •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Tasks

• •Manage key project contracts including construction and service agreements
• •Oversee vendor and subcontractor compliance with agreed terms
• •Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks
• •Coordinate risk monitoring with legal and financial departments
• •Lead the design and implementation of a scalable contract management tool
• •Define metadata models and workflows for tracking contract milestones
• •Establish data quality controls for renewables projects
• •Define and implement efficient commercial management processes
• •Lead cross-functional workshops to map and improve administrative workflows
• •Update policies and guidelines to bridge responsibility gaps
