Requirements

  • Relevant experience in consulting, project management, or technical sales
  • Experience in cleantech, renewable energy, environmental technology, waste management, or industrial sector
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Ability to build trust and communicate complex topics
  • Advising customers at different organizational levels
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing service agreements
  • High proficiency in producing structured, impactful content
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency and quality
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail in fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Financial literacy
  • Comfort working with project economics (CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, NPV)
  • Familiarity with biochar industry
  • Familiarity with carbon markets
  • Familiarity with voluntary carbon credit ecosystem
  • Familiarity with BCR credit certification pathways
  • Experience coordinating capital projects
  • Experience coordinating industrial projects
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders

Tasks

  • Support go-to-market activities for key customer segments
  • Create high-quality commercial content for sales and marketing
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and thought leadership
  • Represent PYREG at industry events and conferences
  • Contribute to business planning and strategic discussions
  • Design and deliver consulting services for biochar projects
  • Assist clients with financial assessments and project feasibility
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports
  • Coordinate PYREG activities post-contract signature
  • Act as central point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project milestones and manage delivery risks
  • Identify and escalate commercial and technical risks
  • Capture lessons learned and improve service design
