- •Professional experience in controlling, ideally insurance or risk management
- •Solid knowledge of insurance accounting and reporting
- •Analytical and structural way of working
- •Strong numerical understanding
- •Ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- •Excellent Excel skills
- •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- •Fluent English skills
- •German skills (nice-to-have)

- •Analyze insurance and TCOR data
- •Identify trends and cost drivers
- •Create meaningful fleet cost reports
- •Collaborate with international corporate countries
- •Drive knowledge transfer and best practices
- •Handle operational fleet insurance requests
- •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- •Prepare monthly international insurance billing
- •Adapt billing logics to regulatory guidelines
- •Ensure data quality and process compliance
