- Own and continuously develop Group IFRS accounting policies
- Own and continuously develop the technical accounting framework
- Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Lead quality assurance of consolidated financial statements
- Lead preparation of notes and disclosures
- Lead quality assurance of notes and disclosures
- Lead preparation of other external reporting (e.g., banks and investors)
- Prepare technical accounting position papers
- Assess the impact of new or amended IFRS standards
- Act as primary contact for auditors on technical IFRS topics
- Act as primary contact for auditors on external reporting matters
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with evolving shareholder reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with evolving lender reporting requirements
