(Senior) Conduct and Customer Protection Officer(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Working ability in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Laws, Compliance, Risk management, Business, Actuarial, or related field
- Experience in Compliance or second line functions in global environment
- Solid background in insurance or financial services compliance
- Demonstrable focus on conduct risk and customer protection regulation
- Ability to engage on AI-related models and governance as compliance expert
- Client service mentality and problem-solution mindset
- Comfortable in interactions with various seniority levels
- Willingness to work across time zones
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Proven track record leading complex compliance programs globally
- Experience implementing compliance frameworks and risk management strategies
- Experience implementing regulatory initiatives across multiple departments
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or business lines
- Comfortable navigating matrix organization with stakeholders
- Previous experience in business related functions is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions
Tasks
- Report to the Group Head of Customer Protection Officer
- Shape and strengthen the Group Customer Protection framework
- Connect Group Compliance strategies with Customer Protection framework
- Support the roll-out of the Group Customer Protection framework across entities
- Contribute to regular reviews of the Customer Protection Standard
- Analyze the impact of regulatory and technological changes
- Conduct annual Group retail product reviews
- Develop and implement Customer Protection policies and guidance
- Conduct workshops and trainings with entities and stakeholders
- Monitor and test entities’ Customer Protection frameworks
- Develop and maintain control catalogues and Management Information
- Work closely with Compliance teams at Group and local levels
- Manage relationships with stakeholders from various functions
- Represent Group Compliance in internal and external focus groups
- Interact with regulators to clarify requirements
- Provide input to Board of Management reporting
- Contribute to annual company reports and regulatory reporting
- Conduct senior management presentations
- Provide advice on Customer Protection to relevant entities
