- Shape and drive Product Marketing strategy for Westwing Collection
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing channels
- Combine commercial understanding with hypothesis-driven thinking
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen product positioning
- Maximize impact of key product families
- Define and drive strategic growth initiatives
- Balance short-term commercial impact with long-term brand positioning
- Analyse category, product family, and campaign performance
- Identify business opportunities and recommend optimization measures
- Utilize automation and AI for performance analysis
- Define product positioning and Go-to-Market strategies
- Base strategies on customer behavior, competitor landscapes, and market potential
- Develop hypotheses and drive testing
- Identify scalable levers to improve product visibility and conversion
- Enhance marketing effectiveness
- Partner with Marketing Channels for aligned priorities
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Retail, Product Management, and Analytics teams
- Align on product pushes, launches, and cross-functional initiatives
