- •5+ years of experience in operational compliance for high-risk SME or corporate clients
- •Experience in assessment of high-risk ML/TF factors and EU, UK, and US AML laws
- •Experience in building efficient operational processes and tools or good technical agility
- •Keen eye for detail and perseverance in operational activities
- •Ability to identify compliance risks and assess them effectively
- •Analytical and structured thinking with good common sense
- •Determination and desire to work in a team for best client results
- •Excellent English both written and spoken, with a concise writing style

- •Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk SME customers
- •Assess ML/TF risks for various high-risk factors
- •Analyze complex ownership structures across legal jurisdictions
- •Evaluate the legitimacy of source of funds and wealth
- •Identify risk signals during customer relationships
- •Gather relevant information through desk research
- •Conclude on customers' risk profiles and document findings
- •Make informed decisions in line with risk appetite and policies
- •Escalate cases to internal decision makers as needed
- •Document assessments and decisions clearly and concisely
- •Monitor high-risk customers and update internal files
- •Identify changes in risks and inform relevant stakeholders
- •Continuously improve processes and update SOPs
- •Support cross-team communication and operational needs
- •Clarify case-specific questions and facilitate issue resolution
