(Senior) Account Manager Bundeswehr – Maritime Domain(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, or related field; equivalent professional experience welcome.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales; ideally in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1/C2), written and spoken.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment.
- Strong familiarity with German Navy structures, capability planning & procurement processes, and defense industry ecosystem.
- Interest in technology, defense, and geopolitics.
Tasks
- Develop and grow partnerships with Bundeswehr and NATO
- Focus on the German Navy and maritime domain
- Drive strategic opportunities and gather customer input
- Support Quantum Systems' goals as an unmanned systems leader
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Create and execute campaigns and strategies
- Act as the primary contact for Navy stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
- Prepare and lead account reviews and presentations
- Conduct strategic planning sessions
- Monitor contract performance and customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Program, and Operations teams
- Stay informed on procurement processes and defense market trends
