Requirements
- 8+ years in energy (power generation, utilities, trading)
- Solid expertise in electricity trading and planning
- Experience with ISO/RTO environments (ERCOT is a plus)
- Managing and optimizing energy assets (gas CCGT, batteries, renewables)
- Planning, dispatch, and coordination with network operators
- Strong knowledge of AGC/SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols
- Asset integration processes
- Solid understanding of networking and secure connectivity
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (SCADA, asset management)
- Leading and coaching engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of GMS regulations and best practices
- Degree in business, technology, or engineering
- Certifications (ITIL, PMI, Agile, cloud, databases) are a plus
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
