- Management of stakeholders in a global matrix
- Broad management and leadership knowledge
- University Degree (Master) or advanced technical colleague (Bachelor)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- English and German language skills
Tasks
- Demonstrate excellent sales presentation skills
- Understand HVAC products technically
- Handle administrative, sales, and account management tasks
- Show strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Possess extraordinary interpersonal skills and personal integrity
- Manage end-to-end responsibility for Viessmann Air/Water Heat Pumps
- Develop innovative product ideas based on company vision and strategy
- Orchestrate and track product development, launch, marketing, and sales
- Guide product phase-out
- Write and validate high-level requirements
- Prioritize backlog to build the right product
- Serve as the go-to person for Carrier and Toshiba branded Heat Pumps
- Understand user, partner, market, and competitive trends
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Market Activation Manager for Residential Electric
- Aggregate customer insights to create product vision
- Write user stories and create business cases
- Align business cases with development and sales
- Orchestrate project execution and market activation
- Manage interfaces including development, quality, service, training, documentation, sales, and marketing
- Identify and evaluate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Escalate issues as needed
- Assume lifecycle responsibility for the product
- Initiate corrective actions for product issues
- Conduct baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses
- Evaluate and track business benefits realization
- Manage stakeholders in a global matrix
