Requirements

  • Participate in software analysis and design
  • Estimate costs for new and existing software components
  • Attend agile meetings
  • Define and develop interfaces between components
  • Create data structures and user interfaces
  • Plan work steps for efficiency with the Solution Architect
  • Implement functional requirements based on software architecture
  • Utilize appropriate program libraries and frameworks
  • Coach team members and perform code reviews
  • Monitor compliance with coding guidelines
  • Encourage pair programming and knowledge exchange
  • Contribute ideas for modernizing applications
  • Work with modern IT architecture and technologies

Education
