Requirements
- Proven business-facing IT experience supporting Commercial functions
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable
- Experience in global/regional IT organizations, coordinating across teams
- Hands-on IT service delivery experience
- Experience supporting enterprise digital/IT solution rollouts
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT services
- Ability to operate within governance frameworks
- Translate business requirements into IT demand
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate globally
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and Europe
- Post-graduate qualification or relevant professional certifications
- Familiarity with Commercial platforms (CRM, CDP, TPM, analytics)
- German language skills for local interaction
- Experience in multinational or regulated environments
- Digital Strategy, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfolio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Outstanding Communication, stakeholder engagement
Tasks
- Partner with Commercial stakeholders in Central Europe
- Ensure stable day-to-day IT operations
- Support business processes effectively
- Build relationships with Commercial leadership
- Translate priorities into IT&D demand
- Coordinate with Global Product Teams
- Represent local requirements to ensure aligned service delivery
- Oversee rollout of global Commercial digital solutions
- Support change management and user adoption
- Manage local Commercial IT&D demand pipeline
- Prioritize tasks according to business strategy
- Monitor service quality from vendors
- Manage service escalations
- Ensure service continuity
- Identify and resolve recurring issues
- Improve operational reliability and efficiency
- Enhance user experience
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection
- Support audits and risk mitigation
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
- Report on service status, risks, and dependencies
