- Drive the annual Strategy Operating Model for Pharma Technical Operations
- Shape the future vision of network strategy with a clear roadmap
- Translate long-range forecasts into strategic choices
- Define product allocation guidance for sourcing
- Support innovation and advanced manufacturing technologies
- Lead and manage PTLT Strategy Days
- Focus on Key Strategic Questions within the organization
- Own the Product Sourcing governance process
- Define inputs for Strategic Workforce planning
- Synthesize product strategies into a portfolio-level vision
- Facilitate aspirational product lifecycle targets with global partners
- Define and mitigate PT-level risks
- Ensure business continuity through resilient manufacturing network
