Tasks
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Implement scalable HR structures and processes
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
- Represent HR in the management team
- Advise senior leaders on HR matters
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Execute HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage talent, workforce, performance, succession, and employee engagement
- Coach senior leaders to enhance organizational culture
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers
- Handle employee relations, performance, absence, redundancy, and flexible working
- Build and maintain relationships with the Works Council
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Design and maintain transparent HR processes and documentation
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Support training and development programs
- Identify training needs and coordinate with external providers
- Deliver quarterly HR reports on recruitment, retention, and workforce trends
- Manage accurate personnel records
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems
- Manage the HR cost center
- Plan quarterly budgets
- Advise management on personnel-related decisions
- Promote a positive corporate culture
- Shape employer branding
