Tasks
- Define and execute enterprise technology strategy
- Develop multi-year roadmap for cloud, data, AI/ML, OT/edge, and cybersecurity
- Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives globally
- Implement advanced automation and real-time release
- Drive predictive maintenance and robotics integration
- Ensure secure OT/IT integration
- Build and operate enterprise data platform
- Manage metadata, lineage, and master data
- Drive security-by-design in manufacturing, lab, product, and cloud platforms
- Institutionalize CSV/CSA for GxP computerized systems
- Evaluate and incubate emerging technologies
- Build high-performing global engineering, data, and product teams
- Manage technology investment planning and lifecycle
- Co-own value realization for technology investments
