- Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

Tasks
- Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Report cost center actuals vs. budget, identify variances
- Analyze and optimize costs for current and future products
- Focus on customer support and R&D expenses
- Manage headcount tracking and planning for Product Development and Engineering
- Align staffing with budgetary and project needs
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses
- Guide the forecasting process
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee and report on key financial KPIs
- Monitor Gross Margin Percentage and Utilization rates
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability
