Tasks
- Lead cross-functional teams for technology transfers
- Design and upscale processes for manufacturing
- Coordinate and implement projects from planning to completion
- Act as liaison between process donors and operations
- Ensure process scalability and manufacturability
- Manage information transfer, process risks, and change control
- Resolve process issues during manufacturing
- Conduct GMP risk analysis for manufacturing processes
- Implement manufacturing processes in the plant
- Interact with customers during tech transfer and campaigns
- Report daily batch status and performance
- Compile process deviations, change requests, and campaign reports
- Prepare CMC sections in filing documents
- Contribute to MSAT procedures and processes
- Drive continuous improvement of process performance
- Supervise local and global MSAT initiatives
- Lead major task forces and troubleshooting teams
- Evaluate and implement innovative trends
- Mentor scientific and production staff
- Train production staff on specific processes
