- Generate new trading ideas and strategies with team members
- Maintain a strong market view on European energy markets
- Manage PnL and design hedging strategies for complex deals
- Pitch strategies to senior management for risk capital allocation
- Shape structuring and risk evaluation of contractual assets
- Ensure compliance with risk limits and internal governance
- Work with Quants to maximize expertise across the Group
- Monitor and report on PnL performance and inherent risks
