- •Minimum 7 years of experience in Market Access within pharma, biotech, or healthcare
- •Deep understanding of German healthcare system and AMNOG processes
- •Proven ability to design and execute HEOR studies
- •Strong analytical, strategic, and methodological skills
- •Established professional network within the German healthcare landscape
- •Excellent project leadership in cross-functional and external collaborations
- •Recognized team player fostering an inclusive environment
- •Exceptional communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)

- •Conduct oral hearings and price negotiations

- •Design, conduct, and publish HEOR studies with real-world data analyses
- •Collaborate with local Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Government & Public Affairs, and global HEOR and Value & Access teams
