- Experience in merchandise approval or development
- Experience in graphic design or art direction
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Tasks
- Supervise design direction for European Artwork and Design
- Oversee licensed and Nintendo merchandise using IP characters
- Create new designs for packaging and PR materials
- Design event booths, displays, and giveaway goods
- Adapt Japanese headquarters assets for European customers
- Maintain global quality standards for all layouts
- Coordinate design approvals with internal stakeholders
- Manage license and co-promotional approvals with external partners
- Propose design adjustments to accelerate supplier approval
- Educate partners on Nintendo IP guidelines and rules
- Develop process documents and training materials
- Perform administrative and design tasks assigned by supervisors
