Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing GenAI/LLM solutions
  • Strong consulting skills, bridging business needs and technical execution
  • Experience owning AI products or platforms end-to-end
  • Familiarity with AI governance, EU AI Act, responsible AI practices
  • Proven track record leading complex, global initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, or process intelligence (desirable)
  • Background in commercial insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (desirable)
  • Product-oriented, curious, collaborative mindset, strong communication skills
  • Experience applying AI/ML to improve business processes/decision-making (highly beneficial)

Tasks

  • Design and deploy GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Office, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Select appropriate technologies for business cases
  • Lead global AI initiatives from problem framing to value realization
  • Promote reusable and scalable AI capabilities
  • Identify high-value AI opportunities with clear ROI
  • Select and implement the right AI solutions
  • Own AI roadmaps, priorities, adoption, and KPIs
  • Oversee the AI lifecycle and post-deployment governance
  • Ensure compliance with EU AI Act and responsible AI principles
