- University degree in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or related specialization
- Experience in usability engineering or solid knowledge about usability engineering
- Strong communication and mediation skills
- High self-sufficiency and multi-project management ability
- Willingness to integrate in multidisciplinary teams

- Openness to work outside regular office hours
- Proficiency in English and German

- Apply a wide range of usability methodologies
- Guide product development teams on usability activities
- Perform user research and requirements engineering
- Translate product requirements into interface concepts
- Collaborate with UX designers on product designs
- Monitor compliance with international usability standards
- Coordinate with other engineers to ensure consistency
