Requirements

  • •Ability to read 3D models and 2D drawings
  • •Welding license per ISO9606 and/or ISO 24394
  • •Thin material welding knowledge in positions PA, PF, PB, PE
  • •Orbital welding experience (beneficial)
  • •Aviation regulation experience (P21G and P145)
  • •Willingness to learn and adapt
  • •Teamwork and collaboration under pressure
  • •Essential English proficiency; French or German advantage
  • •Experience with SAP, MS-Office, or Siemens NX (advantageous)

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Perform manual and orbital TIG welding
  • •Braze and solder aluminum, steel, and titanium
  • •Manufacture tube assemblies for water and waste systems
  • •Fabricate sheet metal parts using polycarbonate and metals
  • •Improve production processes for safety and efficiency
  • •Reduce manufacturing costs and cycle times
  • •Support continuous improvement and 5S audits
  • •Implement Lean Manufacturing practices
