Tasks
- Assemble interior components like cabinets, galleys, and tables
- Perform basic and advanced assembly operations
- Install hardware such as drawer slides and hinges
- Apply laminates and veneers to components
- Coordinate with technicians for seamless production
- Communicate to support project objectives
- Contribute to a solutions-oriented team environment
- Perform disassembly and minor repairs
- Ensure components are traceable and conform to processes
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain tools and report defects
- Follow standard work practices like 5S
- Prepare parts for finishing processes
- Perform aircraft installation or modifications under supervision
- Achieve targets and complete tasks on time
