Requirements

  • Completed or Certified Workshop Technician qualification
  • Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in workshop or aircraft cabin projects
  • Familiarity with aviation authority regulations (FOCA, EASA, FAA) and procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team guidance experience
  • Release authorization Level II or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation and technical manual interpretation (CMM, AMM, PR)
  • English proficiency (minimum B1, B2 preferred); French and/or German knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and support continuous improvement
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and commitment to growth
