- Technical knowledge in aircraft upholstery

Tasks
- Lead a team of at least six technicians
- Assign tasks and verify work completion
- Facilitate communication between the team and supervisors
- Promote skill development and personal growth
- Train junior staff and develop best practices
- Provide daily progress updates to management
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical prototyping
- Cut, sew, and install complex upholstery assemblies
- Design templates and foam build-ups
- Perform repairs and modifications on aircraft materials
- Manufacture burn test samples for engineering
- Ensure compliance with aviation quality standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Maintain tool control and 5S workspace standards
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers
- Manage work orders and project documentation
- Assist management with project quotations
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs
