- •Oversee daily office operations across multiple locations
- •Support vendor coordination and facility services
- •Manage reception needs and internal requests
- •Maintain consistent service standards across all sites
- •Assist with ad-hoc topics, events, and operational challenges
- •Lead and mentor a team of three in Germany and the Netherlands
- •Plan team capacity and allocate responsibilities based on business needs
- •Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization
- •Foster a positive team culture through regular feedback and development plans
- •Enhance cross-location collaboration and team alignment
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
- •Contribute to improving workplace services and employee experience
- •Support the rollout of workplace initiatives aligned with company goals
