- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain energetic and welcoming guest interactions
- Control contractor and visitor logs
- Maintain office equipment and furniture inventory
- Manage procurement for new equipment and supplies
- Implement an effective asset tracking system
- Monitor energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Track and report environmental performance metrics
- Support the site manager with budget tracking
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and track invoices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for facility projects
- Plan and execute on-site corporate events
- Collaborate with the global events team
- Negotiate service level agreements with vendors
- Conduct performance reviews of service providers
