Description

In this role, you will support the entire external workforce process, from requisition to offboarding, while maintaining accurate data and documentation. You will also coordinate with managers and suppliers, assist in contract negotiations, and help standardize workflows.

Requirements

• •Student trainee in business administration, management, business informatics, or comparable fields
• •Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• •Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• •Independence and structured work style
• •High motivation and enjoyment of dynamic environments
• •Ability to grasp complex content quickly and present concepts visually and analytically
• •Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• •Requirement to come to the office in Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot

Tasks

• •Coordinate contract updates and service call-offs
• •Track approvals, signatures, and compliance with policies
• •Maintain accurate data in recruiting and procurement systems
• •Prepare status updates and reports
• •Align resource needs with engagement managers and suppliers
• •Schedule interviews and follow up on actions and deadlines
• •Assist in contract negotiations and amendments under guidance
• •Create and improve templates, checklists, and playbooks
