- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Openness to learning new tools and technologies
- Willingness to work with new technologies (display systems, interactive showcases, robotics)
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in storytelling (plus)

Tasks
- Manage incoming bookings for the Experience Center
- Monitor the shared mailbox for booking requests
- Coordinate storytellers for customer visits
- Inform the Storyteller community about content updates
- Organize community events for the Storyteller community
- Recap key takeaways from monthly community sessions
- Organize enablement sessions for storytellers
- Support open door sessions at the Experience Center
- Document and report on Experience Center events
- Sync with event hosts for relevant data entry
- Maintain the technical setup of the Experience Center
- Check and maintain various screens and interactive demos
- Handle basic troubleshooting for technical issues
- Coordinate with technical experts for support
- Represent the Experience Center in internal and external calls
- Lead onsite visits by guiding guests through the space
- Present the Experience Center’s mission and value
