Description

In this role, you will support the Training Manager by managing the Learning Management System, ensuring users have the right access, organizing learning materials, and monitoring learner progress. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include configuring programs, generating reports, and ensuring quality in course content.

Requirements

• •Student trainee at a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, management, business informatics, or comparable fields
• •Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• •Independence and structured work style
• •High motivation and enjoyment of dynamic environments
• •Ability to grasp complex content quickly and present concepts visually and analytically
• •Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

Tasks

• •Administer user accounts and permissions
• •Upload and organize learning content with consistent metadata
• •Configure learning programs and set prerequisites
• •Assign learning paths and manage user enrollments
• •Monitor learner progress and generate reports
• •Edit and check video and course functionality
• •Validate quizzes and surveys, and analyze results
