Tasks

  • Set up, operate, and improve HIL/SIL ecosystems.
  • Contribute to AI-driven test automation initiatives.
  • Provide project management support for rollouts.
  • Roll out and standardize HIL/SIL environments.
  • Develop HIL/SIL processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Execute test runs for automation enablement.
  • Collect test results and improve repeatability.
  • Integrate CI/CD systems, like Jenkins pipelines.
  • Automate build, test, and reporting processes.
  • Generate automated test reports and dashboards.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Improve test management and traceability.
  • Develop test plans and link tests to requirements.
  • Support ALM integration for test management.
  • Generate automated test cases using AI.
  • Convert requirements into structured test cases.
  • Generate test steps, boundary cases, and negative tests.
  • Create test cases with parameter variations.
  • Propose risk-based and regression-focused coverage improvements.
  • Build and maintain AI prompt templates and guidelines.
  • Develop quality checks for AI-generated test artifacts.
  • Validate AI-generated test cases on SIL/HIL setups.
  • Compare expected versus actual test behavior.
  • Analyze test logs and failures using AI.
  • Perform basic clustering and triage support.
  • Improve reporting based on AI analysis.
  • Maintain and update rollout plans and timelines.
  • Manage action lists in tools like Jira.
  • Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and status reviews.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and open points.
  • Create clear status reports for engineering and management.
  • Detail progress, blockers, and next steps in reports.
