Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Business Informatics or related field
  • Initial experience in creating process descriptions and optimizing processes
  • Interest in digital tools and automation
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in MS Power Platform
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Independent and structured working style

Tasks

  • Create and visualize process flows
  • Maintain process and e-learning documentation
  • Support the development of solution concepts
  • Optimize manual and system-supported processes
  • Assist in automation projects
  • Perform testing for new process solutions
  • Maintain relevant data in SAP
  • Ensure high data quality according to internal and legal requirements
  • Conduct process analyses
  • Ensure consistency between ERP and non-ERP systems
  • Research new technologies
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer through training materials and short sessions
  • Collaborate with various teams across the Sales department

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
