Description

In this role, you will engage in various project management activities, from analyzing processes to supporting project managers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating documentation, coordinating meetings, and presenting data, all while contributing to innovative solutions in beverage production.

Requirements

• •Enrollment in (business) informatics, engineering, business administration, or comparable degree program
• •Affinity for digitalization and IT project management
• •Knowledge of project management tools (Power-BI, Jira, Confluence, Structure, Tempo)
• •Structured and independent way of working
• •Ability to prepare and present complex content
• •Teamwork and communication skills
• •Good written and spoken German and English skills
• •Confidence in using Microsoft 365 apps
• •Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

Tasks

• •Support multi-project management activities
• •Analyze and create processes for implementation
• •Create and expand templates and documentation for project reporting
• •Coordinate and follow up on meetings
• •Prepare, visualize, and present topics and data
• •Assist project managers with research and development projects
• •Handle administrative tasks in project tools
