- •Fluent English, German and/or French plus
- •Basic management and production management knowledge
- •Ability to analyze and quantify CDC
- •Analytical skills and data tool confidence
- •Responsiveness and flexibility towards customer needs
- •Prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset

Currently in higher education

Tasks
- •Support audit preparation for regulatory compliance
- •Assist with CFT documentation preparation
- •Monitor operational surveillance and contract requirements
- •Prepare Progress Review Meeting presentations
- •Manage building and IT access requests
- •Track weekly planning and employee attendance
- •Validate working hours in the clocking system
- •Coordinate technical, material, and human resources
- •Assist in managing purchase orders
- •Analyze KPI and SQCDPF performance metrics
- •Track employee skills and qualification status
- •Implement LEAN continuous improvement initiatives
- •Create performance dashboards using Excel or Sheets
- •Develop professional stakeholder presentations
- •Document processes regarding environmental and social legislation
- •Report project risks and progress to leadership
