Requirements

  • Enrolled student in communication, media, digital, design, or comparable field
  • Initial experience with content management systems or social media platforms
  • Interest in learning reporting and analytics for internal communication
  • First experience in video editing and short-form content creation, ideally using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable design tools
  • Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
  • Detail-oriented, self-organized team player with initiative

Tasks

  • Support creation of visual assets for IT and digital workplace campaigns
  • Create and edit short, creative video formats inspired by social media
  • Contribute fresh ideas and visual trends for internal communication
  • Support end-to-end translation workflows
  • Request translations and coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders
  • Publish approved content on the intranet
  • Prepare and edit content drafts for internal knowledge pages
  • Support community management on the intranet
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to intranet comments
  • Maintain and update reporting data for internal communication channels

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
