- Set up laptops, workstations, smartphones, and tablets
- Swap out broken equipment
- Prepare meeting rooms

- Process offboarding tasks for departing employees
- Collect and disable equipment from departing employees
- Close out access for departing employees
- Handle absence-related changes
- Adjust access for employees on extended leave
- Re-enable access for returning employees
- Prepare new hardware for deployment
- Collect and wipe returned devices
- Track equipment location and usage
- Update records for deployed, returned, or reassigned devices
- Keep inventory systems accurate
- Label physical assets to match system records
