Working Student IT Admin & Support(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will ensure the team stays productive by providing hands-on IT support and managing the full device lifecycle. You'll balance daily troubleshooting with infrastructure projects to optimize the company's digital workplace.

Requirements

• •Enrollment at a German University
• •Experience in IT support or administration
• •Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows
• •Familiarity with IT and networking fundamentals
• •Experience with JAMF, Okta, or Google Admin
• •Strong initiative and communication skills
• •Organized and structured working style
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Provide remote and on-site IT support
• •Support Apple and Lenovo hardware
• •Manage macOS and Windows software
• •Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding
• •Set up hardware and user accounts
• •Manage permissions and device wiping
• •Maintain office network and Wi-Fi
• •Manage meeting room systems and printers
• •Track device and asset inventory
• •Coordinate procurement with the operations team
• •Manage access to SaaS tools
• •Configure Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• •Administer Slack, Notion, and Okta
• •Collaborate on infrastructure and compliance
• •Manage devices via JAMF MDM
• •Implement IT security and encryption measures
• •Ensure GDPR and policy compliance
• •Document solutions in Jira and Confluence
• •Create a self-service knowledge base
• •Propose improvements for IT processes
