Requirements

  • Enrollment in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (minimum 3rd semester)
  • Solid analytical and structured problem-solving approach
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills, international collaboration ability
  • High initiative, attention to detail, and consistency
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); beneficial German
  • Interest in digital tools and data analysis (e.g., Power BI); beneficial offshore wind or construction experience (not mandatory)

Tasks

  • Support planning and cost estimation for offshore wind projects
  • Enhance Transport & Installation (T&I) concepts
  • Collaborate with logistics and technical contracting experts
  • Collect and consolidate project data from vessels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on construction projects
  • Coordinate Daily Progress Reporting (DPR) between teams
  • Analyze DPR data to support claim management
  • Ensure transparency for all project stakeholders
  • Standardize and continuously improve DPR processes
  • Contribute innovative ideas and best practices
  • Create engaging presentations and training materials
  • Develop communication content for knowledge sharing
  • Develop and maintain Excel and SharePoint solutions
  • Develop and maintain collaboration tools for projects

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
