- •Strong affinity for numbers, quick grasp, and interest in HR subjects
- •Confident Excel skills and advantageous initial Power BI or reporting experience
- •Analytical thinking, structured work manner, and reliability
- •Enjoyment of complex interrelationships and data-driven value creation
- •Fluent written and spoken German and English skills

- •Automate HR reporting in Power BI
- •Enhance Excel-based reporting solutions
- •Conduct ad hoc data analyses
- •Prepare management-ready presentations
- •Support HR cost planning and budgeting
- •Assist with forecasting activities
- •Participate in people analytics initiatives
- •Support new reporting tool implementations
- •Standardize and document HR reporting processes
- •Collaborate with the HR Controlling team
