Tasks

  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
  • Ensure high data quality in tracking sheets
  • Collect and validate data from various teams
  • Consolidate information for accuracy and completeness
  • Create regular reporting overviews and basic evaluations
  • Develop Excel and Power BI tracking tools
  • Conduct small-scale variance and trend analyses
  • Prepare structured inputs for team decision-making
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentation materials
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Assist in preparing internal reviews
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure information completeness
  • Follow up on status updates and evidence

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
