Tasks

  • Execute key operational and administrative tasks
  • Support campaign preparation and event logistics
  • Manage data and localise content
  • Work with Field Marketing Managers on multi-channel programmes
  • Prepare target lists and marketing assets
  • Organise post-event follow-up materials
  • Research local associations and competitive events
  • Maintain the partner database
  • Coordinate event logistics and on-site setup
  • Travel to events in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria
  • Coordinate webinar dry runs and live Q&A
  • Gather assets for paid media requests
  • Quality-check translations and refine templates
  • Update performance trackers and spot patterns
  • Track competitor moves and regulatory news
  • Feed insights into team planning
