Requirements

- Enjoyment of data analysis and hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, or similar; basic programming skills in SQL required; Python/PySpark experience is a plus
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and eagerness to continuously build new skills at the intersection of finance and data
- Structured and reliable work manner; clear and confident communication
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is beneficial but not mandatory
Tasks
- Develop business concepts and analyses
- Create presentations for management and committees
- Conduct market and competitor analyses
- Support strategic and product decisions
- Evaluate and improve internal processes
- Identify automation and AI opportunities
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports
- Analyze clearing volumes, positions, and trends
- Contribute to data reconciliation reports
- Maintain and enhance analytical dashboards
- Support senior management with ad-hoc tasks
- Contribute to project teams
- Directly influence decision-making
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
