Requirements

  • Master's in communication, media studies, social media, business admin with communication focus, or comparable
  • First practical experience with CMS and social media platforms
  • Solid MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Teams
  • Strong interest in corporate communications and digital content
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
  • Structured, reliable, independent working style
  • Strong team spirit
  • Valid residence/work permit for EEA/Switzerland

Tasks

  • Support internal and external communication activities
  • Contribute to consistent business and product positioning
  • Renew and maintain the Resins homepage in Magnolia
  • Manage the global Resins LinkedIn channel
  • Prepare LinkedIn posts and content
  • Coordinate LinkedIn uploads via Ambassify
  • Publish posts directly on LinkedIn
  • Analyze basic social media performance indicators
  • Prepare reports for communication activities
  • Assist with technical implementation of customer newsletter in Salesforce
  • Take on tasks in communication projects and campaigns
  • Prepare content for communication projects and campaigns
  • Coordinate communication projects and campaigns
  • Follow up on communication projects and campaigns
  • Support preparation of customer events and trade fairs
  • Create communication materials
  • Align communication materials
  • Prepare presentations
  • Prepare internal updates
  • Prepare newsletter contributions
  • Prepare campaign content

Education

  • Currently in higher education
