Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable field
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Confident MS Office user
  • Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is advantageous
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Interest in technical processes, data analysis, and business topics

Tasks

  • Support process automation design and implementation
  • Contribute to process automation development using Power Automate, Power BI
  • Analyze and document subsidy program activities
  • Maintain automated verification and compliance processes
  • Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards
  • Create presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Assist with daily operational and organizational tasks
  • Handle security-related tasks
  • Work reliably for security certifications

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
