Requirements

  • Current study in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related natural science/engineering degree
  • Ideally, Python programming experience
  • Advantageous: basic magnetism and magnetic materials knowledge
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new problems and team responsibility
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and commitment

  • Develop Python software for micromagnet measurement systems
  • Implement measurement sequences
  • Integrate hardware interfaces
  • Collect measurement data
  • Process measurement data
  • Document your work
  • Perform measurements with developed software
  • Prepare obtained data
  • Report to the PowderMEMS group
